We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product (different design or SKU).
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The product was damaged during delivery (must be supported with unboxing video).
Conditions:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with the hallmark tag, packaging, invoice, and certificates intact.
Any customized, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

In case of wrong or damaged items, LakshyaTheGoldsmith will arrange the reverse pickup or reimburse the standard courier cost.
For other approved returns, customers may be asked to ship the product securely at their own cost.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method (bank/UPI/wallet).
Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
